These terms cover your use of this website. Project work is covered by a separate written agreement or quote. Stronghold Websites is a trade name of Payton Ventures LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. "I," "we" and "Stronghold Websites" mean Payton Ventures LLC, doing business as Stronghold Websites.
Free sample homepage
A sample homepage is free and comes with no obligation. Until you hire me, the sample design stays mine, and I may take it down at any time.
Pricing
Prices on this site are estimates for the scope described. Your final price and scope are confirmed in writing before any work starts. Founding-client pricing applies to my first 5 clients, in exchange for a testimonial and permission to show the site in my portfolio. Every build includes the first 90 days of care free. After that, care plans are optional at $35, $75 or $150 a month, billed only if you choose one, and you can cancel anytime. Unused care time does not roll over; work over the monthly cap is quoted first. An AI assistant for your site is a paid add-on and is not bundled into Growth.
Payments
No payment is collected on this website. Payment timing is set in your invoice, and all payments are due before your site goes live.
Sample sites
The sample sites shown are for fictional businesses. Names, phone numbers and details on them are made up.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use any photos, logos and text you give me. You own your domain and content.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is." I do my best to keep it accurate and available, but I am not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of it, to the extent allowed by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
